Ordered my Henry and it was shipped quickly and I was updated when it left.
No fault to Vacuum Parts Canada but UPS really dropped the ball on delivery but Vacuum Parts was quick to answer my shipping questions.
The vacuum is great with tons of vacuum pressure. Very happy.
